Entertaining
For me, entertaining is the place where décor turns dynamic, transforming stillness into an experience shared. A table set for company carries the same considerations as a well-designed room: light, texture, proportion, the quiet balance between materials. The clink of glassware, the softness of linen, the warm flicker from a pair of tapered candles… they become part of the composition just as much as paint and furnishings ever do. What I love about hosting is how it adds that final layer—the small, intentional touches that shape a mood instantly. Interiors may take months to evolve, but a dinner party unfolds in the moment, like a living vignette shared with your guests. This section explores that layer: the finishing details that turn atmosphere into experience.
The Fashion Edit
Fashion may not be my primary medium, but design is—and I’ve always seen the two as part of the same language. The way a coat drapes across the body isn’t so different from the way a velvet curtain pools onto the floor; a well-cut blazer can hold the same architectural precision as a mid-century chair. Texture, proportion, balance, and movement—these are the foundations of good design, whether they shape a room or an outfit. What fascinates me about fashion is how immediate it feels: a chance to experiment, to play, to express a mood or an identity in the moment. Interiors evolve slowly, often over years, but fashion lets us shift with the seasons, the light, even our state of mind. For me, fashion becomes another canvas for creativity—another way of exploring beauty, form, and storytelling in everyday life.
